Ammonia and freon refrigeration compressors use oils chosen for the refrigerant and system design. This catalog does not carry refrigeration compressor oil; follow the refrigeration contractor’s specification.
Condensation and temperature swings
Trucks that move between freezer and dock collect condensation that can enter hydraulic systems. Follow the maker’s guidance for heated components and fluid checks, and sample hydraulic oil if you see haze or water.
Products by equipment.
Confirm the lubricant type, grade, and specifications in each equipment manual before ordering.
Freezer forklifts and reach trucks
Electric trucks working in freezers need hydraulic fluid and grease suited to the room temperature. Follow the truck maker’s cold-storage specification, which may differ from the standard one.
