Lubricants for mobile welders and field fabricators.
Engine-drive welder oil, diesel truck oil, compressor oil, air tool oil, and grease for mobile welding rigs, service trucks, and field fabrication crews.
The truck’s odometer and the welder’s hour meter tell different stories. Track both and service the welder by hours, especially when it idles between welds.
Dust and heat on site
Field rigs work in dusty pipeline right-of-ways and hot fabrication yards. Inspect air filters often and follow severe-service intervals where the maker lists them.
Products by equipment.
Confirm the lubricant type, grade, and specifications in each equipment manual before ordering.
Engine-drive welders
Welder-generators run long hours on job sites and pipelines. Change oil at the engine maker’s hour interval and keep the air filter clean.

Frequently asked questions
Does welder idle time count toward oil change hours?
Yes. Hour meters count idle time, and long idle periods are often treated as severe service.
Can I use my truck’s diesel oil in my welder?
Only if the welder engine maker lists that oil’s category and viscosity. Many welder diesels share a common spec, but check.
