About Engine Assembly Lube
An assembly lubricant for compatible engine parts during a rebuild and initial startup preparation. Match the lubricant to the component and its operating conditions before planning the service. Consistency grade and application requirements matter as much as the name on the package.
Before you choose
Use only on engine parts identified by the product instructions and your builder. Assembly lube is not a replacement for crankcase oil or a chassis-greasing product.
Can I mix this with the lubricant already installed?
Check thickener and formulation compatibility before changing greases. Follow the equipment maker’s purge or cleaning procedure; assembly lubricants have a separate purpose from routine chassis grease.
