What does a drum cost per oil change?
A 55-U.S.-gallon drum contains 220 U.S. quarts, approximately 208.2 litres. Divide your delivered drum cost by 220 for cost per U.S. quart, then multiply by your verified service capacity. For example, 220 quarts provides 36 complete six-quart fills with four quarts remaining, before dispensing losses or top-offs.
Include shipping, tax, dispensing equipment, storage, and the time needed to use the oil. A larger package is useful only when it fits your consumption and handling needs.
